XAG Properties LLC is growing, and we are currently seeking a Real Estate Licensed Professional with previous Commercial Leasing and customer service experience.

• Current Real Estate License
• A minimum of 2-years' experience as a Commercial Leasing Agent and experience with retail leasing.
• Prior experience working with Regional/ National Tenants

• Passionate about delivering a superior level of customer service and building meaningful relationships
• Willingness to work weekend and evening hours is a must in this role and industry

Job Description:

• Responsible for leasing commercial properties
• Marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
• Prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals while working on obtaining new properties to represent Landlord
• Willing to make 125 calls a week
• Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, and purchase and sales agreements
• Participating in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops
• Handling cold calls to business owners and managers, both to locate new potential sales and to collect statistical information
• Providing tenants and landlords with relevant information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values
• Researching and analyzing typical lease payments for commercial properties
• Assisting attorneys in preparing real estate leases
• Preparing offers, term sheets, and lease amendments, and participating in contract negotiations and due diligence
• Maintaining current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry
• Researching and discussing property maintenance costs and possible renovations, networking with local businesses, negotiating between buyers and sellers, overseeing property inspections, arranging for financing, and facilitating final transactions
• Drafting correspondence to existing and prospective clients
